Louisiana Governmental Studies, Inc. LGS is the premier government research and publishing operation in Louisiana. First created in 1984 to publish the Grassroots Guide to the Louisiana Legislature, the non-partisan firm continues to produce informative, high-quality volumes on the legislature and judiciary.
Haynie Family Collection. This site details Randy Haynie’s passion and love for Louisiana with an extensive personal collection of Louisiana historical objects, including obsolete currency, original lottery tickets, early state maps, Newcomb pottery photos of and memorabilia related to Louisiana governors, and Oil and Watercolor paintings by Louisiana artists.
